I’m Dr. Brittany Dawson, a veteran educator with over 16 years of experience teaching grades K-8, certified K-12 in English Language Arts, and holding a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction. Throughout my career, I’ve seen the pendulum of education swing wildly, but one truth remains: what we say, do, and value in our classrooms has real, lasting impact.

This platform was born from my deep frustration with fluff-filled PD's and unrealistic expectations—and my passion for giving teachers something better.
